Description Richard Biener 2006-03-09 12:30:47 UTC
Updating from 10.0 to 10.1. After the last package is installed (noticable only after the long delay), both before the intermediate reboot and the final update,
yast2 has long periods (>1min before 1st boot, >5min for final update) during
'Perform Update'.

y2base just sits there spinning with 99%, ltrace showing nothing and no I/O going on. Statusbar is at 100% and at Installing the last package (yast2-tv and gtkhtml2-devel resp.).

Please attach the logfiles of that installation.

bug 156365 is similar.
Comment 5 Richard Biener 2006-03-09 17:49:55 UTC
Yes it looks very similar - actually I think it is a dup.
