This Bug is not a problem of SuSE 10.1 alone.
It concerns all SuSE Kernel Versions since 2.6.13-15-7

When loading the modules dvb_bt8xx and cx24110 no error could be found in the messages, but also no TV Sender could locked in.

In this article there is a patch for the dvb-drivers from linuxtv.org to solve the problem.

This one, the author write, make it possible to use VDR with this TV-Card again.

Patch looks sane, added to kernel cvs (not sure whenever that was fast enougth for beta8 ...).
