Step 
1.Open the Gnome Terminal Manual

Expected Result:
the Version is the same as V2.8

Actual Result:

the Version is V2.3

Something newer probably does not exist.  GNOME is going to switch to xml2po.  Then you will see untranslated part of sections that were not updated.  I think we can resolve the bug as "worksforme" (= we are not responsible for updating third party provided translations).

Yes. We do not provide GNOME applications documentation. If you want to get this fixed, you have to report this problem to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ or contact directly Chinese translation author.

Then you could paste the upstream bug here for reference.
