I updated from beta to beta and now see in the package manager the installed selections three times, see screenshot.

NOte: This bug might hit us when updating from 10.1 to 10.2 as well, so do not close it as updates between betas is not supported.

Unfortunately it isn't fixed - the update options showed "Standardsystem with KDE" (default system with KDE) _five times_ when updating from RC1 to RC2 :-(
