1.Login with user1 to Gnome.
2.Select the System Application --

   Samba Status,SCSI,usbview,USB Devices,X osview,X-Server,Interrupts,

Expected Result:
The AP should be Traditional Chinese.

Actual Result:
The AP is still English.
