"Some applications, like Mozilla, do not support these settings at all--they use their own settings system."

... is wrong because of two things.

1. We have no longer "Mozilla"
2. if we translate that to Firefox it's also wrong, because Firefox actually uses 
   these settings since 10.1

I'm pretty sure it's too late to change the text but please do so for future versions.
