On a beta 7 I can not find the qt3 document assistant. The following packages are installed:

kf@g174:~/playground/office/kange/kange> rpm -qa | grep qt3
qt3-devel-3.3.5-39
qt3-devel-tools-3.3.5-39
qt3-3.3.5-35
qt3-mysql-3.3.5-41
dbus-1-qt3-0.60-18
qt3-devel-doc-3.3.5-41

On a 10.0 it is in qt3-devel-doc
