Bugzilla – Bug 158790
update from beta7 or beta8 gets disk size/free space wrong, incorrect error messages
Last modified: 2006-04-07 05:49:05 UTC
When upgrading from beta7, the upgrade summary and package selection think that the upgrade requires 11.8GB and the partition is only 11.5GB large, when it is 12.5GB and only 70% full - the upgrader cannot need that much extra space. See attached

Will what installation media are you using? There was a feature request about adding the downloaded packages for a network installation into the free-disk-space calculation.
SLP SL10.1 over NFS
Still in beta9. Jiri, what's going on here? Entering the package selection, on update, now tells me I have 12.2GB used and -266.5MB free, for a total disk space of 11.9GB,
