Step
1.Login with user1 to Gnome.
2.Select the graphics Application -- 
   Kbarcode,Kbarcode Batch Printing,Kbarcode Label Editor,
   Kbarcode Barcode Generator,KFS,Kitchensync,KPilot,Kpsion,
   MultiSynK,Klipsi,Raki,unison,Groupware Wizard,KMag,KSaylt,
   kltsmgr,ObConf,Viki,xgrab,Text-to-Speech,On-Screen Keyboard,
   Conglomerate XML Editor,Emacs,KXML Editor,X Emacs,kmobitetools,
   Kbluetooth Client
Expected Result:
The AP should be Traditional Chinese.

Actual Result:
The AP is still English.
