Step
1.Login with user1 to Gnome.
2.Select the Application which has be translated  
3.Click Help then Pop a Message"Can not Load  Document"

Expected Result:
The Help Document should be show.

Actual Result:
Can not Load Document.

Karl, if this is about the Gnome help center then it's is probably for you.
In case there is another person in charge of this, please reassign accordingly.

yes, I guess the report is about yelp.  Reporduce it as follows:

"Desktop" -> "SUSE Help Center", then within the Help Topics window at the end click "SUSE Help Center".  This results in an error pop-up as mentioned by  	 Wayne Lu:

"Could not load document"

I attach the German version of this bug.
