Description Petr Mladek 2006-03-31 15:25:19 UTC
I successfully installed SL 10.1-beta9 on my workstation, I logged into the system, ... Then I wanted to install some more selections (System GNOME, KDE development, GNOME development, etc.) to the already running system.

I saw that the installation progress bar showed the progress only for CD1. Then all the values and the blue column freezed. Only the total number of remaining packages was showing the real state.

It looks similar to the last point of the bug #160546. Though, my problem was in a running system and the CD1 worked fine. I am sorry, I do not know how it worked during installation.

A screenshot showing the problem.

See the difference between the total number of packages and the other values and the blue column. The total number of packages and the values for CD1 was the only correct information.
