Description Alberto Passalacqua 2006-04-13 23:26:05 UTC
Nautilus sistematically crashes if I try to browse the network through Go->Network.

The same problem happens if I use Resources -> Network server in the main panel.

Can you provide a backtrace via the "Inform Developers" button?

Do you have avahi-compat-mDNSResponder installed? This appears to be bug 149676.
Comment 4 Alberto Passalacqua 2006-04-14 19:05:59 UTC
Yes. It is installed by default I think with the standard GNOME selection.

Comment 5 Federico Mena Quintero 2006-04-17 18:28:32 UTC
Marking as duplicate. Gnome-vfs2 uses mDNSResponder to find zeroconf services for network:///
