Description Quentin Jackson 2006-06-06 09:15:28 UTC
After recently purchasing a widescreen monitor I often find myself thinking that maximising my browser window is a particularly ineffective use of all this new space. What would be nice is to either be able to select two windows in the scale plugin by holding down CTRL and have them come up side by side and perhaps additionally a quick method to do this without using the scale function.

Jigish, can you send this upstream?

Use the "Tile" plugin which is part of compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported, it does what you want to do and more.
