When a HP printer is set up with YaST which uses the "hp" backend,
the service hplip not started before a testpage print so that
no testpage print is possible (seems to wait forever).

The service hplip is started during [Finish] so that it prints
well after yast2 printer was finished.

close all 10.2 LATER/REMIND bugs as WONTFIX. Reopen yourself if you still plan to work on it.
