NetworkManager - is nice but it has BIG problems with crtypted networks. I have to set my wireless AP to not use WEP or WPA to work

networkmanager is not able to connect any network with emcryption (wpa/wep) 
It's only possible to connect to not enctypted networks

From the config Driver: "ipw3945".
