from what i have seen on the console it seems to call initviocons which isnt installed. that breaks the whole 2nd stage. in the opensuse office there is still the computer available with the broken system.

no, the call to initviocons is harmless. Do you use xfs as file system?

hmmm. shouldnt it only call it when it is available?
and yes i use xfs. want to see the host?

No, but next bug report include all non-default options you've choose and don't make your own guesses :)
