Last modified: 2007-10-28 15:06:43 UTC
Created attachment 174708 [details] ps -ef after login on graphical display, keyboard no more usable (numlock has no effect on LED / Alt-F1 does not work) in /var/log/boot.msg : Failed services in runlevel 5: kbd but mouse moves cursor over screen (X11 startup splash) could login over ssh : ps -ef shows Xorg 99% cpu usage
Created attachment 174710 [details] /var/log/
Created attachment 174720 [details] /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Created attachment 174917 [details] /boot/grub/menu.lst additional comments: when starting with default linux : no problem (2nd boot menu entry) the problem happens when starting with Xen (1rst boot menu entry) this was the case when the system rebooted after install. While numlock and alt-F1 do not work, I can still use ctrl-alt-prtscrn-b to reboot
