Bugzilla – Bug 331025
gfxboot: implement own keyboard driver?
Last modified: 2009-09-09 12:26:42 UTC
When I select the Japanese language in boot options prompt, underscore character is unable to input (ignored) even if an appropriate key was pressed. The underscore character is needed to specify a driver name like as "ata_piix".
Please attach y2logs. If you are in doubt follow: http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs/YaST Thanks!
Sorry for providing a misunderstanding information. This problem occurs at boot time (grub), that is before starting YaST.
Yes, I know. The problem is that the BIOS ignores that key. For now please switch to English for typing.
