After clean network install & update from factory /var/log/messages has problems with wlan0 ( ipw3945 )

and what is the problem deriving from it? So far I only see log hits, that sound like harmless warnings

I just found it an thought I report it to make sure it's nothing serious. If you see nothing wrong or serious here, just close as invalid.
