Steps to reproduce:
 - Moonlight 1.0 r108735
 - Firefox 3
 - http://www.tafiti.com

 - enter a search term
 - hover mouse over the title or the url of a search result

Expected results:
 - title or url should underline when mouse is over it
 - mouse cursor should change to a hand

Actual results:
 - title or url do not change
 - mouse cursor also does not change

How often does this happen? Always

mouse cursor problem is apparently caused by windowlessness... we are making the correct Gdk calls to set the cursor, but it's not taking effect.

the underline bug is fixed in svn, rev 110155
