on x61t:

the "configure Display Settings" dialog and the applet only list "Normal" and "Upside Down" as rotation values.

xrandr list the 4 usual (normal, inverted, left, right), and xrandr -o left works fine.

related issue, the "rotate" button below the screen does not work
