I think we might as well group them together because there are so many.  I will start with 1 and we can start by deciding how we can do the reporting:

The Konqueror "Configure" window is too tall.  I am certain there is probably some kind of "Save" button somewhere on the bottom of the window.  I cannot see it at all, and of course, cannot use it.

This seems like an upstream bug and you should probably file a bug against each application that has those too big windows at http://bugs.kde.org

Agreed, upstream
