PROBLEM STATEMENT:
I assume trackbar(slider) should not has a name, but if you browser the slider in Accerciser, you will see trackbar's name is the previous label's text. 

REPRODUCE:
1. start uia2atk/test/sample/trackbar.py and accerciser
2. expand "ipy" -> "TrackBar control" from the left in Accerciser


RESULTS:
the trackbar's name is the previous child's name

EXPECTED RESULTS:
the trackbar's name should be none(nothing)

COMMENT:

Fixed in R127335 along with various other Name fixes (hopefully I haven't
broken anything.)
