Description Marvin Dean 2004-12-09 21:56:38 UTC
On windows these fields are greyed out. On Linux you can click on them and you
get a blinking cursor but you cannot type anything. If it is possible, It would
be better to make it so that users cannot click in these fields or grey them out
like in windows.

llowry ( 8/27/2004 3:20:32 PM Fixing - Waiting for Child Defects ) I logged a
bug against Ecilpse on this #75828. This is reproduce by clicking Add on the
Task View. The bottom 3 fields are read-only by default.

This has been reported to Eclipse, but they haven't been fixing a lot of my
bug reports, so I don't want to tie this to FCS.
Comment 2 Bill Street 2005-02-24 16:22:26 UTC
Marking as Resolve Later. These items will be addressed in a future release.
Comment 3 Lee Lowry 2006-04-21 23:46:29 UTC
Will marked fixed.
Comment 4 Lee Lowry 2006-04-21 23:46:37 UTC
Checked in. Actually the Eclipse bug was #72828. Todd said, "Works for Me". So, I'm assuming it's been resolved.
Comment 5 Stephen Harmon 2006-04-24 15:33:15 UTC
Marv, will you regress this.

Comment 6 Marvin Dean 2006-04-26 16:22:26 UTC
This is not fixed, tried it on 0426 build. Are we including the eclipse version this issue was fixed in?
Comment 7 Lee Lowry 2006-04-27 14:18:22 UTC
I'll toss this back to Eclipse.
Comment 8 Marvin Dean 2006-05-09 15:10:49 UTC
Not fixed why is this marked closed?
Comment 9 Bill Street 2007-02-28 05:07:19 UTC
Changing found in to 1.1.
Comment 12 Lee Lowry 2007-11-21 06:18:26 UTC
I believe I saw an Eclipse notification come through this is fixed. Can you verify?
Comment 13 Tim Pew 2007-12-12 17:57:35 UTC
Still a problem in the 20071212 build
Comment 14 Chuck Castleton 2008-07-02 22:28:29 UTC
Adding Eclipse keyword, found in version and fixed in version of "Eclipse Framework" to 3rd party bugs
Comment 15 Tim Pew 2008-09-04 18:44:04 UTC
Still a problem in Designer 4.0 M1 (Eclipse 3.4). I added a comment to the eclipse bug (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=72828), but I was not able to change the status.
