When the project is deleted the modeler editor does 
not close down. Somehow we need to be notified of a 
project delete and close all editors that are open 
on objects within that project.

This is related to bug 482 and will be fixed when Will gets 
that bug fixed. I'll unit test it then and continue on.

This must have been fixed, because I've tried every deletion 
scenario in both the Project View and Navigator View and the 
Modeler does shut down.
