DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
(Migrated from Remedy DEFECT000388377)
When I attempt to import a driverset with an international character in its name
(e.g., DRSét.novell) an error occurs in the log file (see attached).  No visible
error messages are given to the user.

BUILD NUMBER: Porpoise build 20041008

OS/CONFIG: Windows and Linux.

STEPS TO REPRO: 
1) Right-click in Project View, select Import > Identity Manager Project (From
Identity Vault).
2) Continue throught the prompts to the Object DN field
3) Select a driverset named something like DRSét.novell.
4) Click Finish.

RESULTS:
Project appears to get imported, but does not appear in the Project View.  Error
is shown in log file.  See attached.

Verified this fix on build 20050630 on Win XP and NLD. Successfully imported
driver set and driver with international characters without error.
