Currently I have to click 'refresh' on the project build monitor page. It would be super-duper-awesome if there was a URL option or button to use that AJAX-goodness to have the page refresh status every minute or so.

Extra points if the option is available via a URL link. eg. http://my-webclient.my.domain.com/project/monitor?project=MYPROJ&refreshsecs=30
