If you look in http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/42/openSUSE_11.1/KDE4-BASIS.ymp with a text editor you will find that it suggests to add the "devel:tools:building" repository.

That repo can be needed to compile the packages (newer cmake?), but isn't needed to run the packages from KDE:42. I would like a flag to mark a repo like buildtime only, so users of 1-Click don't get extra repos added.
