VNC server (e.g. tightvnc) fails to install, because xorg-x11-Xvnc is missing

Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Attempt to install a vnc server such as tightvnc Actual Results: Install fails with "nothing provides xorg-x11-Xvnc needed by tightvnc..."
I have the same failure and request same action.
