PROBLEM STATEMENT:

week table_column_headers have extraneous 'focused' and 'focusable' states

REPRO:

1. run uia2atk/test/samples/monthcalendar.py
2. run accerciser, expand 'filler' and 'tree table' on the left treeview,
browse to week 'table column header' at random
3. see their states under interface viewer

RESULTS:

all table column headers are focused and have 'focusable' states

EXPECTED RESULTS:

table column header shouldn't have 'focusable' and 'focused' states
