REPRO

1.  Run uia2atk/test/samples/menustrip.py
2.  on GUI, mouse click "File" menu 
3.  mouse click "File" menu again, then move the cursor out of the GUI
4.  pressing "Alt+F" to open the "File"

RESULTS

the "File" menu can't be opened

EXPECTED RESULTS

The "File" menu should be opened

COMMENTS
I am not sure totally sure if it is a real bug, just open it to inquiry the cause.
