There are a couple new options that have been added to Preferences and need to
be documented.  Launch Designer and go to PREFERENCES > WINDOWS > DESIGNER >
MODELER.  Under the Modeler Preference Page you will see two things:

1.)  Driver Connect Time option has been added
2.)  Themes have been moved from the main toolbar to here

Expected:

1.)  We need to create a small section describing what the Driver Connect Time
option does.
2.)  We need to move/modify the Theme help page (Settings.html) from Features &
Usage > Enterprise Modeler > Settings, to the Preferences section.

Added an entry on Driver Connect Time, although it might not be in the correct 
list of functions. Deleted info on Themes from other help files and placed the 
information in Prefs.html. Should be in the 3/18 build.
