When in the Identity Vault Browser, Import/Export icons are displayed on the
toolbar but greyed out.  Since these are disabled, it would be nice to clean
these off the toolbar.

I'm not sure that these are going to be used in the future.  I thought these
were disabled when Rajesh removed the Directory Tools icon on the main Designer
toolbar.
