Any attempt to install rpm-4.7.1 breaks the entire installation system because it no longer provides  librpmdb-4.4.so. This also appears to have blocked factory build as well.

Because I don't know whether this is as a result of something going wrong with rpm or if libzypp / satsolver-tools has the problem. The other bug is more about zypper shouldn't remove itself due to problems such as this one.
Maybe I should reopen bug 379480
