Implement something like UiaDbusBridge, but for Moonlight.

Main tasks:
* Bundle ndesk-dbus, make any changes necessary for shipping with Moonlight
* Create necessary bridge classes to put Moonlight elements on dbus (see UiaDbus/UiaDbusBridge)
* Create an entire suite of unit tests verifying this work (add to UIAutomation/UIAutomationClientTests)

I'm estimating a week (20 hours) for this task, including time for research, setting up moonlight, etc.
