If the TransformPattern is available, SetPosition, SetExtents and SetSize should be functional.  Add this support, and also add a unit test.

Untested patch

This is finished but untested as at-spi _does not_ proxy setRangeExtents, setPosition and setSize methods.  We should probably wait until those are implemented before committing this code.

We will not be completing these tasks for the 2.0 release.  Unsetting the milestone.
