System tray clock shows wrong time.By default installation, I didn't select the UTC,but the system tray clock always shows wrong time.Even if I correct it,it shows wrong time again in next login.openSUSE-DVD-Build0307-i586.iso Gnome Desktop Environment.KDE4 Desktop also has the same problem.

I suspect this heavily to be a dup of bug#538357
The panel clock only shows what the system has configured, no interpretation of the data is done at all.

For example, also the output of the command 'date' on a console will show the wrong time.
