After 11.1->11.2RC upgrade, network card appears as eth1, resulting in no network

See $summary. The network card now appears as eth1 while the (11.1) config was for eth0. Resulting in no network after boot.

persistent names are handled by udev.
Please attach /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
This is may be same problem as in 546575...
