Description Bill Street 2004-12-10 20:27:17 UTC
DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Bug written by DRFOSTER:
When selecting items in the enterprise modeler, you must enclose an item in its
ENTIRETY for it to be selected. This is contrary to the way other selections of
this sort work (e.g., the Windows desktop, the Mac finder, ...) There should be
some "minimal" portion of an item, that when included in a drag box selection,
includes that item in the selection vs. the current way of having to include the
ENTIRE item.

NTS entered defects should also include:
Additional debug info like screenshots, screencams, log files, trace files,
packet traces, memory coredump location.
Accurate customer information so that proper prioritizing of the defect is
possible (mainly for NTS defects)
Comment 1 Lee Lowry 2005-02-18 15:33:15 UTC
This is currently completely dictated by the Eclipse GEF selection system - it
would take a lot of effort to override this behavior.
Comment 2 Bill Street 2005-02-24 16:22:24 UTC
Marking as Resolve Later. These items will be addressed in a future release.
Comment 3 Bill Street 2005-08-02 17:47:59 UTC
Reopening bugs for determination of fixing bug or adding enhancements for
Milestone 1.1.

Dictated by Eclipse, little chance of influencing this. I have logged this
against Eclipse as bug #106167.
