When a new package link is done using OBS webinterface, meta data like name, description is copied, but the upstream URL is not copied.

I think the same is true when using "osc copypac", but I'm not sure here.

Anyway - Whenever packages are linked or copied, the upstream URL should be handled like name and description.

Any reason why no BuildService related reports I do are fixed even if most of them are very easy to fix?

Works for "osc copypac", bit still not for webinterface linking.
