All user preferences missing so far. Planned features are:

- save filters in both task and workflow view
- views (which columns to view in task and workflow list)
- which system workflows may send email 
- which user workflows may assign tasks and / or send email

(please add more user preference features as needed to this bug)

done so far: 
- possibility to store name=value pairs in users perm-storage, 
- actually used for storing displayed columns and ordering per Workflow-type

Cleaning up buglist. Keep or close as needed.

there are no complains about missing user-preferences atm.
