patterns-openSUSE-laptop does not include the utility 'powertop' as a suggested package.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. zypper in patterns-openSUSE-laptop
2. Note packages to be installed
Actual Results:  
powertop is excluded

Expected Results:  
Include powertop for additional power management options.

Package is included on DVD and incurs minimal cost to user (very small memory usage both on disk and in RAM).

I don't think it should be installed by default. I see it more as a debugging tool. And it's already mentioned as related package in the laptop pattern.
