KResource Migration Tool window appears always in the KDE session start.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OpenSuse KDE.
2. Log in KDE.
3. KResource Migration Tool always appears.
Actual Results:  
KResource Migration Tool always appears.

Expected Results:  
KResource Migration Tool should appears only the first KDE session start.
