Please report such bugs upstream to the glibc developers as it isn't Novell's job to add such documentation.
I reported it here because a vendor recommendation is required for upstream glibc.
A vendor recommendation is not needed for upstream glibc, just report it there if you want, please. Btw. with the above report, you can easily send a patch to fix the issues as well.
