typos in /etc/gai.conf

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. desktop-launch '/etc/gai.conf';
  2. Search for "comparsion".
  3. Set the document character set to ISO-Latin1.
  3. Search for "«" (guillemot).
Actual Results:
