This is a project were i get the diffrent results for the same style in the  new version

Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.a: silverlight is like the 2.4 version, 3.99.0.1 show not the right.
1. run in 2.4 (right boxes are green on the background)
2. run in 3.99.0.1 (right boxes are white, background fail )


Actual Results:


Expected Results:

green background

How often does this happen? 

every time
