Bugzilla – Bug 685398
problems changing some properties of text in the "notes" widget (style, bold and italic in the settings window)
Last modified: 2012-11-15 23:18:48 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 Using widget "notes" on the workspace. I can change colour, rotate it, write into, set font height, etc., but not the style, bold and italic If I choose a different style (i.e. picking e different font from the drop down list) nothing changes, neither it is applied onto new text. Bold and italic can be set directly (and better) on the widget without using the setting window. In openSUSE 11.3 it worked perfectly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go in the settings of the widget 2.change the style (general setting, it is the first setting) 3.apply and write some text inside the widget Actual Results: The font style remain the same as before. (same for bold and italic) Expected Results: Changing style, bold or italic should be applied to the all the text already written and to the new text. Bold and italic is not a problem since there are two buttons on the widget that permit to change these setting while writing text (effective and working as expected).
