Plasma-NetworkManager fails to detect NetworkManager after installation and this may or may not be an issue related to: "If the NetworkManager service is running after installation". This issue existed in Beta and still reproducible in RC1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download OpenSuSE 12.1 RC1 ISO, Burn Image to Disk
2. Proceed to Installation and follow various setup options.
3. Once the installation is complete, reboot, allow system to finalize configurations files. Afterward, you're booted into a Desktop with a non working NetworkManager.
Actual Results:
A non-working NetworkManager; Unable to connect any Networks via Plasma-NetworkManager; Network is disabled.

Expected Results:
A working NetworkManager, able to access the network without the need for a Manual Reboot (If this is the intention).

I would like to *note* that Yast as well has difficulty detecting NetworkManager. Problem is fixed after a manual reboot.

Is NetworkManager actually running? What does "systemctl status NetworkManager.service" return? If it is not running, please attach /var/log/NetworkManager, if it exists.

Reproduced with an installation from KDE-LiveCD-Build0002 from yesterday. NetworkManager shut itself down on first boot after install having received signal 15 from somewhere, but on the second and subsequent boots worked normally.
