<remedy_details> PROBLEM STATEMENT:  On the configuration page for the
      JMS channel, if the help icon in the top right corner is selected,
      the help page opens up the next window, but the help page on the
      channel is not found.

PLATFORM / CONFIGURATION:  Windows 2003 Server and NSure Audit 2.0 plugin
installed - build 0223.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Create new JMS channel and when the configuration page
for the channel appears, select the help icon in the top right corner.
Another window for the help page will open, but there is an error indicating
the help file was not found.

RESULTS:  The help page displayed an error that the help file was not found.

EXPECTED RESULTS:  The help page should display the help info on the JMS
channel. </remedy_details>

channel also, but since the help page documentation may not have been created
