Installation on lvm root gets stuck with following:
Perl-Bootloader: 2013-02-05 10:40:22 <3> yast-5198.1 Core::RunCommand.1642: Error: Command '/usr/sbin/grub2-set-default '0' >/var/log/YaST2/y2log_bootloader 2>&1' failed with code 32512 and output: sh: /usr/sbin/grub2-set-default: No such file or directory
